Viewing Customer Account Information - TX Cloud

Customer Account Details

Go to the customer tab and search for a customer using their customer number, names or numbers. 
After that, left-click on the customer to view their information or right-click and select edit to change customer details as well as view their ageing and additional information. See the screenshot below. Here you can view customer information like the Invoice balance, Unallocated credits, and account balances.
If you scroll down you can also view additional information like all their past orders, payments, refunds and deposits. 




Invoice Balance: This amount is a sum of all outstanding balances on invoices. 
Unallocated Credit: This is the total amount of credit a customer has on his account. You can use this credit to allocate it towards invoices and do refunds. 
Account Balance: The difference between Invoice Balance and Unallocated credit. 

Important Note: Unallocated Credit can be received by making an over-payment on invoices, or receiving deposits.
