You can transmit video using your web camera or other cameras connected to your computer while you host meetings, webinars or attend online meetings. There are three video layouts: Tiled view, Active Speaker view, and Sidebar view. When someone is screen sharing, you can use the side bar or view the screen share with active speaker view.

How-to
Transmit video
- Enter your meeting or webinar window.
- Select Computer audio as your audio option. Enable microphone and camera.
- Select your camera in the video dropdown.
- Start the meeting or webinar.
- To change the layout, click Layout on the meeting controls and then select any of the video layouts (Tiled, Active Speaker, Sidebar).
To stop video transmission, click the video button below the video feed.
Note
- By default, recordings of meetings and webinars will not contain video. Only your screen and audio gets recorded. However, if you would like to record video, you can enable Record meeting/webinar video option under My Settings.
- Although you can transmit video, you cannot stream or share video files during a meeting or webinar.
Enable video and microphone
To transmit audio and video, you need to provide permission for Zoho Meeting to access your microphone and camera. A pop-up will appear when you select Computer audio for your meeting or webinar.

Click Allow to transmit audio and video.
Enabling blocked access
If you block access and need to change it later, you can find the blocked pop-up icon on your address bar.

To provide access, change your preference and click Done.

Click the icon next to Permissions and edit browser settings to allow Zoho Meeting to use your microphone and camera.
Edge
Click the drop down next to Camera and Microphone and select "Allow" to let Zoho Meeting use your microphone and camera.
