Password Management

First Time Login

The first time you open mail.talismanhire.co.za you will be greeted with a Talisman Hire login page.

Enter your @talismanhire.co.za email address and click next.
Enter the starter password you received and click on sign in.
You will be prompted to enter a new password and you will need to confirm that you know it by re-entering it again in the following line. Please make sure to keep it in a safe place.
You will need to take note of this password as we at TFO will NOT have this password saved anywhere.

Password Reset
You will need to have access to your email account and password if you want to set a new password for your account.
You can reset your password by logging into accounts.zoho.com and navigate to Password in the left hand pane to open the password page.
Click on the change password button




Account Protection
To protect your account we recommend installing Zoho OneAuth from the app store on your mobile device. 
This will make your account secure by enabling Multi Factor Authentication on your account. Nobody will be able top login to your account without the authentication method you have chosen.
ie you will be able to use a fingerprint, one-time pine or QR code to login into your account.

Forgotten Password with no access to email or Zoho OneAuth
In the case that you have forgotten your password and have failed to setup your Zoho OneAuth mobile app you will need to log a support ticket on zasupport.txcloudservices.com to get a new starter password which will only be emailed to your group moderator and can be used to gain access to your account at mail.talismanhire.co.za
