How to access and sign into the Help Center

How to access and sign into the Help Center

You can access the help center by pointing your browser to https://zasuppport.txcloudservices.com.
You will immediately have access to our basic knowledge base without registering or signing in.
You will be able to chat with Manna, our automated Answer Bot, who will also be able to submit a support request for you.
However, to access the full knowledge base, join community forums or submit and view all your support requests you need to sign in.
Click on the Sign In link in the top menu bar.




Make sure you are already signed into Workplace, as this will make the sign in process very easy.
Simply click on the Z
Your will be automatically logged into the Help Center.
If you are not already logged into Zoho Workplace or you don't have a talismanhire.co.za email, you will have to register with the Help Center as a New User.
