How to do a refund - TX Cloud

Step 1
Go to the customer page, and search for the customer you would like to refund. 



Step 2
Left-click on the customer name. You will be presented with a customer summary page. In the top-right corner of this page, click on "More" and then select "Refund Customer".



Step 3
Complete all the fields in the popup and make sure the date and refund method is also selected. 
*Take note: Doing a refund will deduct the amount being refunded from the customer's unallocated credit. If you do not have enough unallocated credit you will not be able to do the refund.
